Why Do You Do What You Do?
Are you curious why you do the things you do, and why sometimes those things hurt you and hurt others? So am I. People come into therapy with a desire to change, or to understand; sometimes it is to alleviate emotional pain, and sometimes it is simply the need to be listened to. I help clients develop curiosity about the stories that make up their lives. I assist in their search for meaning, helping guide them to make choices that better serve their goals and desires. My work with clients is a joint creative process, and the project is your life!
